Overview

The Erensari is a vast plains and grassland stretching over more than a thousand miles. This grass sea is interspersed with woodlands, rolling hills, deep open pits and crisscrossed by more than a dozen navigable rivers.

In the very north is the Kingdom of Serakka, which is a former client state to the Helegu.

Telehetti are the dominant ethnic humans who dwell on rest the Erensari.

Arborvimancers are uniquely Telehet druids who are responsible for ensuring the natural abundance of the tribes and for growing the Spar Towers from the living wood of the Adansoni Tree.

Tribal Circles

The tribes of the Erensari, grouped together under Tribal Circles. Occasionally they unite under great Confederations under a common cause.

Each circle is ruled by a Grand Matron or Patron. Each is advised by a great court made up of wise people from the tribes under their sway.

The Singidi Circle whose tribes include Joco, Dodoma, Wyangi, Kisi, Sangu, Ngasa are overseen from the City Maa.

City of Maa

A population of 20,000 to 30,000 which is in constant transition. Demi-humans include a thriving gnome population with dwarves and elves commonly traders, scouts, travelers or outcasts.

The slow moving Chordata River, makes its way through the edges of the city. The undulating plains mean at times the river is bordered by steep banks and other times deep wetlands.

Buildings are almost uniformly round and often slightly bulbous in shape.

Ruins of an Argos fortress are beneath the city's major marketplace.

Due to the Helegu-Telehetti war there are no other structures older than the initial Helegu invasion. In 20 years Maa has transformed from a small tribal outpost to the growing metropolis it is today. Maa's Spar Towers are typically between 30ft to 120ft, with Tower of the Matron coming in at 180ft.
