Loa
  • Powerful spirits from the Wyrding who are connected to the Elder Gods. On occassion they sometimes serve as intermediaries or messengers between mortals and the Elder Gods
  • Can grant powers, bestow blessings or smite with curses depending on successful ritual
  • Often "ride" mortals as part of a ritual or when granting power or if successfully called upon during a ritual
  • There is no known way to bind a Loa, they must be wooed and enticed to perform favours or grant gifts.
In game
  • Papan Geele and Maman Briggette are currently riding Lord Zyrell and Lady Afra of the Emerald's Blaze
  • Afra/Briggette showed the SRG the destructive force of the Ink while not alerting Zyrell/Geele to their presence
  • Afra/Briggette froze the SRG in suspended animation in the Spaces, used the Ink present in the Professor's body as a lure while the real Ink was concealed and taken to a remote destination (the now overgrown Summer Palace of the former Gaoro Dynasty of Semudan)
