Ruled over by Shadow Watchers, the rulers of Teyrin rulers communicate through proxies when dealing with the outside world.

A hidden place known as the Hall of Lamentations is where the powerful, wise and influential meet. It is also said to hold artefacts of tremendous force that are sacred to the Teyrin.

Possess a collective unconsciousness which all Teyrin are actively involved. All Teyrin have experience of similar dreams, see similar portents & omens and have awareness of same zeitgeist no matter where they dwell.
