Holocene

• Holocene was established by the first Khan of the Dolg Catar among the ruins of eons old Green Dragon lairs. The lairs were acres of hills 100s of metres high built entirely of fallen trees and featured mazes miles in length
• The location of the fortress was selected as the lingering power of millennia of Green Dragon habitation meant had given the location power, particularly in relation to crossing into and manipulating magic and other dimensions
• All the great fortresses of the Khans had fallen fell one by one to the Undying advance of the Carkade and the Alin prior to Holocene falling
